    Our society, men in particular are completely sold on the idea that bigger is better. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the motocross lifestyle. We constantly struggle to attain status by having the fastest bike with the most horsepower, and a bigger truck to haul the fanciest Weekend Warrior.

Rather than throwing a boatload of major changes at an already solid 2006 package, Yamaha took a deliberate, calculated approach towards fine-tuning and improving the weaknesses which surfaced last year.
    We got to try out two brand-new moto offerings recently as Yamaha rolled out the blue carpet on its 2007 YZ250F at the yet-to-be-opened Milestone MX Park in Riverside, CA.

    One year ago, Yamaha introduced their totally redesigned YZ250F, and much to the disappointment of many testers, it fell short in quite a few categories—namely the handling department. The bike just didn’t want to turn and pushed when going through flat or rutted out turns alike. Factor in a less than stellar motor and the bike was destine to be pushed aside for other faster better handling motorcycles.
