Kawasaki can with some justification claim to have invented the musclebike with the 903cc Z1 of 1973; certainly it has few peers in the production of big, heavy, almost insanely powerful motorcycles.
The latest is the ZX-14: 1352cc of transverse four-cylinder grunt that kicks out a claimed 147kW (yes, Cyril, that's 200 old-fashioned Bee Aitch Pee) at a conservative 9500rpm and an even more impressive 154Nm at 7500.
